Helium Mobile

Wireless connectivity shouldn't be a luxury. At Helium Mobile, we're building a phone carrier that makes connectivity affordable for everyone. I contribute to the product experience that gets people connected: the part that makes it real for someone who never thought they could afford a plan.

Product Manager II

Remote
  • Built add-on monetization from scratch, tripling upgrade rates by redesigning paywall and checkout flows to better match user intent at the moment of decision
  • Redesigned the free trial experience end-to-end, increasing trial-to-paid conversion 27x
  • Launched Group Plans from 0 to 900+ subscribers, opening a new acquisition channel and extending household reach

  • Owned billing infrastructure buildout: payments, taxes, and fraud monitoring from scratch
